This person has tried to do the same thing to me but of course I had to look into them. This person is now going by the name of Gracia, never gave a last name.

Just received and email from a scammer using this photo; they went by the name of Jenny. So annoying how people do this :\ Good thing I searched the photo on google. BE CAREFUL WHEN GIVING PEOPLE YOUR NAME/ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER. You never know who you're actually talking to... xx

I received a text msg and email after posting an add on Care.com. They didn't send me a picture, but the name being used is Jenny. Saying she is widow with a son in a wheelchair. richardjenny56@gmail.com is the email address they contacted me from. and (989)439-9090 is the number. BE CAREFUL!! Sad what some people do to get your info.

My daughter just sent his Jenny her resume with her address. What do you think they are up to? Who can I report this to?

This person was messaging me hours ago, telling me same story like with Alexcia J! I gave out my name address & number, but I didn't tell my whole name. What does this person actually do?

The Claimed Widow Jenny also tried to scam me on Care.com. Be careful everyone!

Hi,

I have been contacted by this person who wrote to me stating she was hard of hearing so the only way to communicate was via email. She said she lost her husband and a 4 month old baby last December in a car accident and that she has a 5 year old in a wheel chair. She requested complete name, address and phone number so she could see the distance between us on the map. My response was that I would not give personal information and that if she wanted we could meet in a public place. Let's see what comes next.

I contacted the police already. They have the email address richardjenny56@gmail.com and the telephone number 989-439-9090. Please do yourself a favor. Contact the police in your town. Stealing your identity is a crime and this person will go to jail. I will not have peace until she is caught.

Thank you for contacting the police. Everyone needs to do this as well.

Sickening! I would contact your local police department. I'm glad you didn't give her any information.

I'm assuming she's attempting to steal identities. Please contact your local police department.

I would contact your local police department. I'm assuming she's trying to get personal information to steal identities. It might be worth contacting the credit bureaus as well to make sure there isn't anything fraudulent on them.

I have no idea. I'm assuming trying to get personal information to steal identity. I think she tried to get money from someone as well.

OK apparently this Jenny is scanning alot of ppl. Yes even I'm include. I'm very angry cause using a5 yrs old boy that is in wheel chair is just plain horrible. But also she will send you a package through fedex for your first wknd pay period onto of a payment for a unopened box wheel chair for her son. This goodness I knew to the that $2805.00 check verified at my bank first. Even after confronting her all Friday then none communications until today, she asked me for my banking info to send me my payment that way. WTH ever.

Did you contact your local police department about this? I'm sorry you were affected as well. By the way, I don't know what name she is using now, but I am Jennifer/Jenny, and she is using my photos from this blog to scam people. Please report it to the police if you haven't already.

Did she use the jennyrichard email account like the person above? I guess she's using my name now too:-/

My daughter was contacted through care.com and offered babysitting service for 25.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays. Same email richardjenny56 and using the name Jenny. It is a different phone number though.

I'm sorry. This is so infuriating. I am going to remove my blog, but she still has my photos:-( I don't know what else can be done.

I was contacted by this person this morning. "She" calls herself Mrs. Richard Jenny - English is definitely not this person's first language. I'm an interior designer and she found me through Houzz.com. She said she and her husband, whom she says is "the most wonderful thing that has happened to me and I will always say that," have a 7 year old son and they're moving to L.A. from Virginia. First she said they needed help with their new apartment, then when she followed up with a longer email, she said it was a single family home, 2000 sq. ft. "with one assigned parking space" - that was a red flag right there - and a "luxurious master suite." This house is a decent size, so why would they have one assigned parking space? It sounded like she pulled language from different real estate ads without knowing what these things mean. So I did a google search for her email address and found this convo. Obviously, he/she is still trying to scam people and using lots of different stories.
